Current vaccination minimum F3- at least 14 days prior to arrival. Non vaccinated cats will not be accepted
Must be treated for fleas and worms within past 14 days- if not an additional cost will occur
Any medications must be clearly labelled with all instructions
Cat carrier,toys,beds & blankets to be cleaned before entry.

Here at Queen of Hearts, we pride ourselves on going the extra mile with a caring service that is personalised to your cat.
If your pet requires any medical attention while staying at Queen of Hearts, they will be taken to the vet of your choice, however, if this is not possible the patient will be taken to our own on call vet.
We will endeavour to contact you, or a secondary contact, before your cat is taken to the vet.However, if contact cannot be made, Queen of Hearts staff will act in the best interest of the cat.
If any guest requires veterinary attention, this will be at the owners expense.
FEES & PAYMENT
$25 per day per single cat.
$40 per day per 2 cats from the same household sharing an enclosure.
Discounts apply for long term boarding, excluding school holidays (4 weeks +)
Full payment must be made before your cat is picked up or dropped home.
